Notes

I loved knitting this fun pattern! No stitch markers were needed but there was enough going on to make it interesting.

The last two photos have the true colors of this changing yarn.

Cast on with size 6 needles

Ready to start the stockinette section. Switched to size 7 needles and will begin beading to make the stockinette section more interesting.

Have added in Rose (c-lined) Triangle Beads from Fire Mountain Beads every 11 stitches on the first row of the stockinette section. Also adding to the row 49, 53th, 59, and 63. Doing a garter row (just knitting where I would usually pearl) on rows 50 and 60 to add interest and keep this from being too boring.

When I started the lace pattern B, I switched to size 8 needles for the duration of the project.

I added 4 rows to the Edge chart and used up absolutely all of my yarn. Finished with Genny’s Stretchy BO, which I had never done. You can learn this on You-Tube. It is a wonderful finish for shawls.
