Notes

Because this is a thick and thin yarn, I used the size 7 needles when the yarn was thin and size 6 when it was thick to get a uniform size.

I also found that the thread carrying the sequins (LUNA) didn’t look great with the strong orange/red in the yarn so I didn’t use the Luna throughout as suggested in the pattern. I did 8 rows with sequins and then alternated sections of 8 or 14 rows without sequins. That was plenty of sparkle.

A friend is making this same sweater in gold with gold sequins. Using the sequins throughout looks quite lovely. Those colors make a much dressier tunic! Lovely.

I used the suggested crochet finish which is quite lovely but cut out the thick portions of the yarn as I preferred this finish with just the thin portions.
