I used size 5 needles for the body of the shawl and then switched to size 6 for the lace weight silk yarn I used for the beautiful lace edging.

Because I did not have enough Zen to complete Lace pattern A & B, I knit round B until I ran out of Zen. Then I did a full round of B in the Lichtvaden silk yarn. Then I began Chart C with the remaining silk yarn. I had just a bit of this yarn left at the end.

This was really fun to do because Charts A & B are so easy and then Chart C get challenging (definitely not to be done in a social setting or you will make mistakes!)

The Zen, being mostly merino wool, makes this a warm shawl unlike the ones that have fancy lace throughout and are made of lace-weight yarn.
