Added tassels as a finishing touch. Used a TP roll and wrapped it around 15 times. Tied and knotted a piece of yarn around one end and snipped the other end. Holding the tied end tightly and together, Wrapped a piece of yarn around 6 times about a thumb length down. Knotted and wove ends to back. Attached tassels to pointed ends and voila! Instant sass and class! Jessica will this!
