Any lightweight yarn to achieve gauge, light DK or sport weight with volume (approximately 170m / 190yds per 50g). I recommend a lightweight, soft material with a good “blocking memory”. Do not choose a high-twist or too thick yarn as the pattern section might become too bulky if it springs back
