My son wanted Tick Tock Croc to add to his Jake the pirate toy ensemble. This is the fourth Sarah Keen animal I have made. Strangely, the body and head turned out twisted and crooked when I sewed it all up, I think because my gauges on the stocking stitch and seed stitch were different. But I like it anyway because it makes the Croc look more animated. Thankfully the yarn I used hides a multitude of sins. This was very fiddly to sew together and while I liked the knitting part, the sewing and adding of details always strikes me with fear. But I have to say, Sarah Keen is a knitting genius - the teeth and eyes are really creative touches and make the beast.
