The one with orange eyes was my first attempt. I realized after ends were sewn in and all, that I’d used the wrong size hook. It was so dense and compacted that I lost all the squishiness of Toft Aran. I also was really unhappy with how I sewed it up so I decided it was worth it to rip it apart and restart.
Second iteration was a lot easier to work because the yarn wasn’t so tight. It’s so soft and squishy now. Really went slow and took my time sewing together. Much happier with the second project. I love this souvenir from the last EYF.
