Halfway point. There are a few mistakes as I learned the eyelet sections but I don’t mind them. Love the knot sections. It will really need a blocking once it’s finished but so far I really like it! Much slower going than I expected though. It’s a tougher pattern than I ever imagined but I think it’s good for learning techniques.

Put this down for about 4 years until I realized it would be a nice gift for nonna’s 90th birthday. Didn’t finish in time but I think that’s ok. I can tell I began this when I was new to knitting. There are uneven stitches and the tension goes back and forth, especially with the eyelet sections. I’m ok with that, it shows how I’ve progressed, and it’s not terrifically noticeable. Still love the Whirlette and the gradient. All in all, pretty happy.
