I don’t normally find following patterns difficult but this one threw me a lot and I had tension issues. I don’t know if it was the pattern or if it was circumstantial as dad’s funeral was this week. We’ll see with the next one. I think going down a hook size would help as well. Mushroom cap spots were surface crocheted, I like the dimension they give. The Mushroom cap definitely required armature, it was more than just flopping the head.
