Similar to https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/candy-skull-a-cowl but using Anthology as a base and the skull pattern from https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/candy-skull-a-hat

Skull pattern is 12 sts wide
Anthology cowl says CO 144 sts for sock, but that’s less than the hat so seems too small since I’m using fingering weight.

Try CO 192 for 16 skulls around.

switch to green for 1x1 twisted rib, 11 rows
start pattern, 3-5 repeats?

green: 54g
