With inspiration from

Pattern:

Co 72 with 4mm needles, knit 1 inch
switch to 4.5mm needles
k7 p1 for 4-4.5 inches

crown:
k2tog before each purl
knit
k2tog before each purl
ssk after each each purl
repeat above 2 rows until 18 sts

stem:
switch to brown
k2tog around
knit remaining 9 sts around until 1.5”
cast off (or, cut a long tail and run through the remaining stitches)

Vine curl:
CO 20 with 4.5mm, kfbf in every st (60 sts), BO, use ends to sew on.

Since I accidentally got chunky instead of worsted for the orange, I held the brown yarn double, which made a nice stiff stem. The vine is held singly.
