13/03/14: I have the yarn: Wollmeise DK in Safran. I started winding balls and will swatch later today.
Needed some bright colour to work with after the greens tones of my almost finished green stripes sweater. Also something else than St st!
16/03/14: about 10 cm far, I love doing the cable/lace pattern. And the yarn suits this perfect! The tubular cast on gives a beautiful detail to the border.
22/03/14: listening to a 3h docu on BBC 4extra about Vivian Stanshall, I made beyond the armholes! Back almost finished! hooray!
7/04/14: started the second front pieces.
It looks rather small, but I guess blocking will do the trick.
7/04/2015: one year later….. picked up this cardi again.
