Knitting the Swatch version as a table center piece. I think only 3 repeats each side will do.

Chart A = 1
Chart B = 3 repeats each end
Chart C = 1 each end
Transition = 19 holes each long side
95 stitches each long side
Chart D1 & D2 = 1
Chart F1 = I forgot to count but you need multiples of 48 (3 repeats each long side) + 2 (1 at beginning and ending). I came up about 6 stitches short so I did some fiddle mods to get them. Modification was needed for row 1 only.

mod 1st row only for long sides only

 Stitch 29= knit, m1r, k1.
   This accounts for stitches 29-31. 
   Follow pattern to stitch 70.
 Stitch 70= knit, m1r. 
   This accounts for stitch 70-71
 Stitch 79 = disregard

Repeat these mods for each repeat on row 1 on long sides.
