CO 4 stitches onto size 3’s and work garter tab picking up one extra stitch (I like a slipped stitch edge; ktb of the first stitch, slip last stitch purlwise with yarn in front), change to size 5’s and knit to pattern.

This is a fun and quick knit that can be knit in many color combinations and different weight yarns. The pattern is simple and easy, but you do need to pay attention in the Moss stitch section, it’s very easy to mess up .)

3/10/22 - This has been on hold for a while, I’m definitely ready to get it finished so I can block it and wear it!
3/16/22 - Finished 4 repeats of the pattern, was worried a bit about running out of color B. Ended up with less than a yard left! Decided I wanted a 2 color section, I’m alternating 4 rows of Color C and Color A in pattern for the next 20 rows, then do the 20 rows of Color C. If I had knit the Color A section as described in the pattern, I would definitely have run out of yarn. Now to bead or not to bead…..I asked my DH Bill, “add bling” was his response! I’m adding 6/0 black AB “rainbow” beads after the last repeat of Color C by doing a YO, K2tog after the knit 3 garter edge. BO using a size 7 needle and a suspended BO.
