Thought this was a cute pattern and I have yarn leftover from my Spice Market set, so why not knit one! I don’t have access to my scale, I have no idea how much of either of these yarns I have, just wingin’ at the moment.

CO 38 stitches onto size 17 needles using color A, knit to pattern (I added an edge stitch to each side), knit thru 3 pattern repeats of the cable section. Waaay to wide! Frogged and started over this afternoon (11/3) casting on 29 stitches. So much better! I had enough of color A to do four repeats less the last row, switched to color B and continued in garter stitch. After 14 ridges, I decided not to knit the two ends together, to make this into a cowl that buttoned. I removed the provisional CO, knit 3 garter ridges in color B and BO using a suspended bind off. Went back to the other side and continued for a total of 19 ridges and BO. Basically used all of my yarn, a couple of ends I can use to tie on some toggle buttons as soon as I can find mine .

I always seem to enjoy knitting with the LB Wool Ease, but I rarely wear them ‘cuz they’re so heavy. However, it seems like I’m getting colder and colder so I should definitely give these a shot!
