Notes

Purchased as a kit from Nancybatesdesigns.com, 18th pattern in her “50 States” All- American collection.

A - Moose Meadow (20g - 20g used, 0 left)
B - Marble Soda (33g - 28g used, 5g left)
C - Tulip Festival (33g - 20g used, 13g left)

CO 97 stitches onto a size 5 needle, switch to a size 4 and knit in 1x1 ribbing for ~3”. I knit ribbing to 2”, still had some yarn left so i just kept knitting, ended up with less than a foot left. Change to size 6’s and knit to pattern.

Another amazing design from Nancy Bates! I went to high school and college in Albuquerque, and have been enjoying the annual Balloon Fiesta since it started. My folks and sister still live there. Every time I wear this beanie, I’ll think of home!
