CO 43 stitches with MC using the thumb method and a size 13 needle. Knit to pattern thru row 32, changed to size 15 needle on row 33. This is my second time using this pattern, the cowl turned out a bit smaller around the shoulders, so I increased the needle size to see if that helped.
Added second skein of MC on row 38. Finished to pattern, BO using a size 17 needle and a suspended BO.
The bottom edge is still a bit tight and won’t pull down over my shoulders. I tied in the ends, tried it on. It was very cute on bunched around my neck and shoulders. I really like it!
