Frogged first and second attempt because of sizing. First one was way too big, could have been a hat for me. Second time was way too neat, although I had a matching gauge and the right amount of stitches.

Casted on 140 stitches for a one-year-old. And now….. it fits!

Edit: Added some length and straps.
