Cast on 278 stitches on 3mm needle. Knitted 4cm in seed stitch. When it measured 9.5cm I decreased for the waist. 2 stitches in each side for a total of 7 times. I then increased two stitches in each side 7 times while at the same time making five short rows on each front. I placed ten stitches on hold for each sleeve.

Sleeves started with 60 stitches on size 2.5mm needle. 1x1 rib for 6.5cm. Increased to 90 and changed to 3mm needles. Increased to 100 over the last 25 rows. Started when sleeves measured 42 cm.

Worked 9 rows in brown after joining. Then started pattern. Pattern is from p 104 in Starmore. Made sure pattern matched on sleeves and front, is a little off on the left back.

Started shaping for neck 10 rows above pattern. Placed 5, 5, 4, 3, 2 stitches on hold. Knit until sleeves were decreased to one stitch between each decrease.

Button bands knit in brown on 2.5mm needles. Button hole band 131 stitches total. Button holes 6,2,13,2,13,2 etc 2 left on top.

Neck completed in seed stitch on 2.25mm needles. Facing except for button bands in 1x1 rib. Might need to stitch some more in corner.
