I started on 7s and on the 12th round I switched to as 8. It was difficult to start but once I got going it was easy to do. I learned to cable without a needle so that was nice.

I thought I was going to run out of yarn but I made the large and had plenty of yarn left over. At least 50 yards. I really love this yarn too. So soft and squishy. I didn’t do all the decreases because I didn’t want it to be too tight around the neck. I may make this again in another color I love how it came out. I would want to make it bigger and not do the decreases at all.
