2/12/10--cast on; I bought this yarn on clearance at Hobby Lobby a couple of years ago and have been looking for a project for it. Hopefully this is it.

2/13/10--this is going so fast! such a neat pattern and so fun to knit.

2/17/10--this has got to be the best bang for my buck knit I have ever done. This is such a beautiful pattern and it used so little yarn! Anyway…I finished it today. I sewed three 3/4” buttons on starting under my bustline. I didn’t do button holes because the buttons fit through the garter band. Also, I did the high neckline. I don’t really like wide necklines, they seem to fall off my shoulders, so I went with the high one.

I’m very, very, very pleased with this project. I don’t usually like varigated yarn, but this was on sale. I think it worked beautifully with this pattern. I didn’t even alternate skeins.
