The original idea is by Helen Ward of Birdface. On her page, there are two free versions of this neckwarmer - one with skulls and the other with flowers. Her patterns use neon green and pink.

I used smaller straight needles than the pattern calls for, mainly because I didn’t have such large ones! I can’t remember what size they were, but probably 6mm.
