Made the 18 month size.

Measurements:
From top of shoulder to bottom of hem: 13”
Bottom of under arm to bottom of him: 7.5 inches.
Circumference: 22”

I think the instructions to place the top button 1-2” beneath the underarm isn’t right - I think it needs to go right at the underarm.
