Totally love this scarf. And the Quince Osprey yarn is so soft and squishy - perfect for this cowl.

The charting was confusing for me at first until I figured out that the three columns of cables do not line up, chartwise. So you have to keep track of what row the outer cables are on and then what row you are on for the inner center cable.

If I did this scarf again, I’m not sure I would do the three needle bind off. It creates a seam. I might do a kitchener type stitch and graft the ends together.

This scarf requires a provisional cast-on. I’ve never done that before and I cast on 4 or 5 times because it just didn’t look right.

I did this on circular needles. The photo with the straight needles shows the three needle bind off method.
