I adjusted the pattern to make it bigger by increasing the starting chain, making more “panels” with slight modifications as necessary, and using 3 yarn colors as follows:

Notes for Edging

Original instruction says to work in 140 sc evenly spaced across side edge. I honestly don’t remember how many sc I end up doing. I would suggest to space your sc like your normal row with only sc, if that makes any sense to you. For the Woven stitch to work (row 1-6), it should be a multiple of 2. I didn’t do the shells (row 7), but I think for it to work, it may need to be a multiple of 4.
