04.28.13 - Swatching, finally!

05.31.13 - I’m past the halfway point and finding the pattern is very well-written. I’m enjoying knitting this sweater. The only downside is that I’m finding quite a few knots in a couple of the skeins.

06.30.13 - Blocking is finished - just need to sew the pieces together and do the bands.

I’m calling it an FO even though I don’t have buttons on it yet. I want to wait until I find the right ones.

I love the way this sweater turned and might even make it again one day. In order to have some variety I might use a different lace pattern next time, but otherwise I’ll follow the pattern as it’s written.

I think I used 6 skeins, but it might have been 7. I lost count.

The dress form (picture #1) has a very small waist!!
