Notes

6/28/2015 - TOTAL YARDAGE USED: 555.5 yards.

This is my first Camp Loopy project. The requirements are to knit with a minimum of 400 yards, start on June 1st and finish and post a picture by June 30th. The theme for Camp Loopy is “Safari” and for the first month you should pick something that you might spy while on a safari. I chose an African bird called the Lilac Breasted Roller…such beautiful colors. The sketch is where I’m planning to knit each color, subject to change of course!

For section 5 I used a couple of yards of the color Sand, 6-32 and decided not to add any Amethyst or Surf stripes as I had originally planned (seen in the sketch).

For June I am in the Lions group on Ravelry. Finishing within a month is just a “whim away, whim away, whim away”!
