I just got my Sweet-heart loom from Hazel Rose Looms and am dreaming up ideas. I started with notecards. I made a couple hearts and then used scrapbook tape to attach to notecards. I have used one as a wedding card and will use another for an anniversary card.

Then I thought I could make a “brooch”. After lightly fulling the woven heart, I cut a heart (slightly larger than the woven heart) out of a felt square I had made and added a small circle of the same wool felt and added some bling.

My next idea is to stitch a bunch of red hearts together for a Christmad garland or to present my nieces with 24 red hearts and one gold heart for a “count down” to Christmas activity. And then…still dreaming !
