Notes

Modified the bottom by knitting all rows but keeping the decrease pattern.

Bottom:
P 1 round in blue
K 1 round in blue (52 stitches)
Switch to red.
K4, SSK, K 14, K2 tog, K4; repeat. (48 stitches)
K2tog, K20, SSK; repeat. (44 stitches)
K3, SSK, K 12, K2 tog, K4; repeat. (40 stitches)
K2tog, K18, SSK; repeat. (36 stitches)
K2, SSK, K 10, K2 tog, K4; repeat. (32 stitches)
K2tog, K12, K2tog; repeat. (28 stitches)
Divide stitches evenly onto two needles and kitchner together.

I think for my next attempt, I’ll purl both rounds in the main color before switching to the red for the decreases. May even play around with making the decreases look more like a foot.
