Update: having worn this a few times I love it! Already thinking about my next project for this wool - really lovely!

Good shape, having broad shoulders I stay away from jumpers with a high neckline, but this one works, I think because of the shape of the sleeve inset. Really like it and the alpaca is of course gorgeous.

Mods - couldn’t be bothered knitting the sleeves in the round with the magic loop method, so ended up knitting them flat and Kitchener stitching them onto the body. Scary but worked OK. I usually knit them flat as I come to them in a top down project, don’t know why I didn’t do that this time.

Added length to body and sleeves, apart from that no mods. I’d use this pattern again without the slip stitch detail as a basic 4-ply jumper.
