Notes

This is an adaptation of the Global Warming pattern, knitted top down and bigger than the pattern size (UK 12 - 14). I also took out the puff sleeves for this one, and the pocket.

I’m happy to email anyone the spreadsheet with my adapted pattern, just leave a comment for me. I ended up with versions of this top down with and without the puff sleeve, and also with a yoke decrease rather than the raglan, though haven’t tried that yet.

The panel round the bottom is inspired by the wood in our local park where I walk my wee dog Archie most days, so he’s in the panel too. Pleased with this one, the trees in the panel only repeat once so it was quite a technical knit, but good fun, and I like the randomness of the trees with the regularity of the stripes. And of course I like having my wee fur-baby on my jumper!

Wool beautiful, have used it in quite a few projects and just love it, and what terrific value for alpaca.
