I bought the yarn at a booth at Rhinebeck and have no info other than it’s DK weight and 100% wool.

Hat recipe:

for a 19” hat (because that’s what I made), use a stretchy cast on to cast on 100 stitches and join to knit in the round.

Knit 5 rounds (for rolled brim - knit more rounds if you want a bigger roll) then k2 p2 for 1 round. Then p2 k2 for 1 round. Repeat alternating k2 p2/p2 k2 rounds for 2 more rounds then go back to straight knitting until your hat measures 7” from rolled brim.

Bind off using 3 needle bind off - I turned the hat inside out to bind off but it would look good if you choose to bind off on the right side instead.

Make 2 pom poms and tie them on to each corner

Voila! You have a hat!

My gauge was 5 stitches per inch which should help you figure out how to change sizes. Just be sure you have an even number of stitches for the moss stitch and bind off ;)
