Finally! A change of colour!
I can’t remember how many times I have reknit most of this section! I kept finding errors several rows back, ripping back, and reknitting, until I eventually reached the violet. I do believe there aren’t any errors before it.
I hope I am able to continue error-free from here on.

Since I needed to tink back the row before my failed attempt to bind off, I placed stitch markers every twenty-five stitches. So, I now know I have 501 stitches to bind off.
