I need a break from the hoodie and this seemed like the best project to do just that. Jackie’s bamboo shawl which she knitted in 6 hours inspired me.

I also wanted to knit with the Sundara Silk Sport and hoped to high heavens that the mods I wanted to do would not use up more than the 225 yards I have of this fabulous colour.

I cast on and just kept knitting. This is one of the most satisfying knits ever. Instant gratification but with the added bonus of the amazing yarn.

MODS:
I increased to 167 sts at the end of the stockinette section and did 10 repeats of the lace sections. I still had a bit of yarn left.
