Notes

The 30 Shades club yarn from Jo.KnitSew. Each month I received 100g (5 mini skeins of 20g each) of graduating shades of colour.

The order of play:

Colours 1 - 5: Purple to pink
Colours 6 - 10: Orange to yellow
Colours 11 - 15: Green to lime
Colours 16 - 20: Aqua to turquoise
Colours 21 - 25: Pacific Blue to Royal blue
Colours 26 - 30: Lilac to Granite grey

Crochet on!
Ch 160 - 100cm wide approx.
By some shocking miracle, I’ve managed to correctly estimate the right amount of yarn that each colour stripe would take! smiley

Finished!
With some of the remaining scraps of coloured yarns and the remaining 75g of undyed yarn, I crocheted a border. The finished size became: 105cm wide x 144cm long (incl border). All 4 skeins of undyed were used.

I blocked the blanket by laying it onto towels then with a wet tea towel and hot iron, I steam blocked the whole blanket. While doing this I stretched and pulled the blanket to my preferred shape and size by holding it in position until it cooled a bit. Finished blocked dimensions: 115cm wide x 150cm long.
