Inspired by another maker, I’ll be making this with short sleeves and cropped body.

This is my first time knitting with Spincycle yarns and I’m super pumped!

Followed M1 instructions until split for body.
Stopped at 69 sts per sleeve, 112 sts per front/back = 362 sts (Round 21 of chart) - I had gone too far and didn’t want to frog back, so I made the following adjustments:

• CO 6 sts for each underarm to get to 236 total body sts after split. (6+6+112+112=236)
• Pattern is “purposefully” offset on the sides of the body ;)

Finished the colorwork “knit” chart today and I’m absolutely obsessed!! The colors of the first skein landed so perfectly in the letters, showing off the green to purple gradient better than I planned. Now I’m incorporating the second skein. This one is flying off the needles!

The sweater is done and now blocking! Some edits I made:

• Folded bottom hem, to match folded neckline
• Picked up 11 sts under each arm for sleeve finishing.
• Finished sleeves with one more row of CC before switching to twisted rib
