I originally knit this leaf cuddler in a nice green shade. Then I began thinking about all the different color changes the leaves actually go through in autumn. I have always loved this one particular shade of red the leaves of autumn display and decided to try and reproduce it in this cup cuddler.

I prefer to knit these on 5 inch double pointed knitting needles. I only use two needles and use them just like they are straights or (single points). One could use a rubber-band on one end of the needle as a stopper but I find it is not necessary since there are only a small number of stitches used through out the whole project.
