Notes

Aglionby Academy was the number one reason Blue had developed her two rules: One, stay away from boys because they were trouble. And two, stay away from Aglionby boys, because they were bastards. - The Raven Boys, Maggie Stiefvater

The day I’m writing this (November 13th, 2016) I finished The Raven Cycle series. Amazing. I remember seeing this pattern on a free page a couple of days ago, and it reminded me of my interpretation of the boys uniforms. I also imagined the uniforms being very much like the ones from Hogwarts, but instead of it being black with the house colour wrapped around, I imagined them being a navy blue with silver wrapped around. I liked the look of this pattern though, and decided to try it out. When I’m done, the sleeves will be a dark gray colour and the torso area with be a nice navy blue.

  • Note: this is all up to interpretation because there hasn’t been an official uniform released, nor is it really mentioned in the books what the uniforms look like at all, except that they have sweaters, a white button down, and dress pants… or at least I think it mentioned those things… I know the sweaters are 110% mentioned though. This may not be what you envisioned them to look like, and that’s 100% okay.
