Modifying to make a unicorn hamster from Critical Role.

Added horn free-stitched from chain 6 and attach into round and reducing down over a few rows. Stuffed. Attached.

Laid mane into neck behind horn 6 down and 3 wide and next to one ear. Used 2 to 3 strands pulled through with larger hook per attach.

No safety eyes local. Used buttons for eyes. Separated off 2 strands of WW yarn and used to attach eyes, through twice for each button hole. (Technically you could run through 1 stand once? But I wasn’t sure i could get it through the needle or the button hole.

Used needle and yarn to help shape neck, nose bridge and ear tilt.

Borrowing legs from Pony pattern; by Lau. It’s more of a suggestion of how to shape, etc, than a line by line pattern but I need a guide on legs and this will do. Will do hooves in dif color and then up to white legs. Trying to deicde if I Want to frizz/comb the mane and tail.

Finished rear pony legs. MC to 6 stitches. Increase every other stitch one round. Increase every stitch one round. Go even for a few rounds. Decrease 3 stitches evenly one round. Switch to body yarn. Even a few rounds. Increase st front and decrease at back several round before decreasing at top.

Sorry can’t be more precise, eyeballed it.

Finished this little fella. I’ve learned that I need to adjust my crochet method to ‘rider’ if I want to make toys with tight stitches. Woo upon me, I have to relearn how to crochet.
