Used Judy’s magic cast on to start after watching very pink tutorial on YouTube. Seemed to work well. Need to find a hot water bottle to check it is wide enough.
A quick knit as the yarn is used double. Spent more time on surface crochet of the branches and putting on the eyes. Did an icord for the first time and that took a while too.
The final cover is quite a tight fit on the hot water bottle. I might use a size larger needle next time or cast on a couple of extra stitches.
Pleased with the final result and will be sending it to my sister for Christmas.
