11/3/2014 - Found the perfect clasp for my hoodie this weekend :-D! I think the heart design looks wonderful with the pattern of the sweater!

Like so many others who are making this hoodie, I just fell in love with it the first time I saw it and knew I wanted to try making it! I almost gave up on it until I looked through the other project pages and found a comment on one of them that explained exactly how to read the twisted hearts pattern chart. I’m so thankful for all the helpful people here on Ravelry :-)! I did make a few adjustments to the pattern in order to obtain a good gauge for my hoodie since I was using a heavier weight yarn than the pattern called for. At first things went a little slow, but after doing a dozen or so pattern repeats it started zipping along. I just love all the detail of this sweater and it went together beautifully! Got it done just in time for the cooler weather too and I can’t wait to wear it :-D!!!
