I’ve combined two lace yarns, the madelinetosh prairie in a purplish-grey and the suri elegance in middle earth.

I tried the suri elegance alone in a couple of patterns, but I just wasn’t happy with it. There was too much orange and not enough of the purple. So then I got the idea to combine it with the madelinetosh and it’s perfect!

This is going to be big. I’ll be extending beyond the pattern, but by how much I don’t know…

4/15 - cast off. ribbed edging - 27 rows. ready for a soak and a block now.

pre-block it measured 18” x 55”. post-block it measured 24” x 70”. I’m really, really happy with this!
