This was a quick sweater that I knit for a friend’s daughter’s 2nd birthday. I used stash yarns and I didn’t have enough of the colours to follow the pattern so settled on this striped design. 9 rows of light pink, 8 of dark then another 9 light. I really liked the twisted raglans.

I didn’t care for the twist pattern instead of the usual rib at the bottom of the sweater (see the last picture). It was slow and complex to knit and didn’t seem to fit with the overall design - perhaps because of my changes - so I ripped it back and knit a usual knit 1 purl 1 rib. The rib’s not perfect in the pictures as it needs blocking but to me it works better than the twist.
