Notes

This is knitted on double-points and is very, very easy.
.
Each square weighs 12 grams (57.78 yards), so I expect to get 8 squares out of each ball. Each measures about 4.75”, and is taking me 4 hours. This is the first time I’ve ever used dpns so I expect the process to speed-up. This knitter (http://www.ravelry.com/projects/erdufylla/squares-on-the-roll) had great tips on speeding up your knitting, if purling tends to slow you down. AND her blanket happens to be in the same colorway.

PATTERN CORRECTION:
Rounds 40 - 47

on RND 40, it should read “Round 40 and every even numbered round” --- the math won’t work out if you decrease “Round 40 and every other even numbered round.”
………………………….
8/15/14 update; have made 36 squares, averaging 7 squares per ball of yarn. I’m now creating the strips as described, but crocheting together instead of stitching.

In love!

…………
Finished with 36 squares. The blanket is complete. It took seven balls, used almost one of those balls for assembly. I did not get a border around the blanket, it came out 34” x 34”

I worked on this and average of three hours a day.
