Modified the pattern by adding beads to the lace section, on the stitch resulting from the double centred decrease.
I used colourless glass beads bought from La Bien Aimee (13eme Paris).
I decided on adding beads after seeing the lovely shawl made by HettiesMum in the trulymyrtleKAL.

Colour of this yarn is closest to the second photo, the others look a bit grey or pale.

I had exactly 60 inches (just over 1metre) of yarn left from one skein of MT merino light, I think I knit on the firm side of average.
