I like how Rasta looks in stockinette, so I did that instead, with a garter border on all edges for less curl.

I also wanted to be economical with the yarn, and I found that the ear flaps for the size large were comically large. So I knitted the ear flaps to the medium’s stitch count, and then intentionally made it shorter by about 3/4in. I like the length a lot better this way!

Thrumming is fun, I’m glad I learned a new technique during my Christmas knitting marathon.
