I knit tightly, so I had 21 yards leftover by the end of the pattern! That is crazy. So I added in a few extra garter stitch rows with YO’s at the ends to continue with the wing curve. Now I only have 4 yards leftover instead of 21.

And I found these cool crescent buttons to match at my local craft store, Mendels in San Francisco.

P.S….I’m broad-shouldered/broad in general :) and still made the small. I don’t think the size matters as much as it does in other patterns- here it really depends on if you want a shoulder wrap or a longer cape. I had one skein only and worked with that, and I love the shorter length.
