Made another daisy square using Paintbox Simply DK yarn and 4.0 mm hook. OMG! It came out so nice and soft. Love it!

How Krystal joined squares, asked & answered on her blog:
These squares were just whipstitched together. I have slip stitched through BLO as well in the past.

I’m liking it more with all the squares joined. Just a few ends to weave, then a simple border, probably in black. No matter how careful I was when joining, the squares are not in the order I laid out. Happens to me every time I join in strips rather than jayg. :0(

Finished with 2 rounds of DC and 1 round of SC for a simple border. Ends all woven, washed and dried with a fabric softener sheet. The RHSS yarn softened some. It does need blocking, which my blankets usually do not. So steaming going on.

My pattern revisions:
Start R2 with CH2 (does not count as a stitch), then 2 DC in same stitch (the top of the beginning CH 3 and where R2 joins to end).
