Notes

After shooting the cowl and the “big storm” (Jonas), I realized that I not only wanted a matching headband, but I needed one too. All the headbands I’ve knit up ‘til now failed to cover my earlobes completely. With the atypical blustery winds, and apparent genetic trait that hits at age 33 of having completely covered earlobes, I designed the headband based on the cowl design with the explicit intent of having completely covered earlobes. I LOVE the result and have worn it every Puddles outing since I bound off.

The knitting was super quick too - one blustery cold Sunday afternoon by the fire, cuddling puddles, and watching 2 Midsomer Murder reruns on Netflix - covered the knitting from cast on to weave in ends.
