The lace panel on this tee looks challenging but its not! Yay!

I read some pattern notes indicating that the neck may be too small for babies’ large heads- so I wanted a super stretchy bind off. I used Ysolda’s tutorial for Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off.
